Stelvia Glass Empoli Orange Pitcher with Twist Handle and Swirl Pattern Detail

Beautiful mid century Empoli Italian glass pitcher with impressed design detail. Handcrafted in Italy, circa 1960's.

This large decanter can be used for water, juices, wine and cordial. Manufactured using a glass mould process, this beautiful example has a diamond pattern around the base with a swirl and leaf pattern to the top part of the belly. Features a hand blown and applied clear twist handle.

It's dark orange colour makes it fantastic in an outdoor or summer entertaining setting, and it is a large capacity jug for entertaining. Or simply a wonderful collectors piece to display. 

In overall excellent condition, with some tiny marks seen in glass (manufacturing process, not considered faults), including a very small black spot on the neck (pictured).
