Peacock Dessert Serving Set

A ceramic cake and dessert serving set which includes a large rectangle platter and six individual matching plates, made in Japan, c.1980s. 

Featuring a striking peacock scene on each plate, with pierced detail edges. An elegant set of Japanese serving ware, would make a fine and considered home gift, high tea serving addition or a special set for a party, event or birthday cake. The plate set comes in its original box.

In excellent vintage condition, some minor crazing consistent with age.
