This very large egg-shaped vase is typical of the Italian artisan pieces of the era, with its distinctive aqua blue hue and colourful banding. 

A standalone art pottery decor piece, equally as stunning with long stemmed floral or leafy displays. Suiting both the retro and modern home, it is a heavy and commanding piece. Use as a centrepiece or displayed on a sideboard or entrance table.
