Australian art pottery jugs, by Harry Whyte, made in Australia, c.1950s. Sold separately.

These pieces are a small size, suitable as a creamer or sauce jug. They feature hand painted Aboriginal style artworks. One jug features an Aboriginal man and kangaroo on an outback landscape background, the other with emus on a burnt orange background.

With a unique pottery design, the handle formed within the one piece of clay.

Incised to base with 'HW' and the mould number 88. Each a collectible Australian souvenir jug, honouring the Australian indigenous people.

In excellent vintage condition, some minor crazing consistent with age. The emu jug has a very tiny spout chip (pictured).
