Silesia Porcelain Cherub Lustreware Dessert Bowl Set

An uncommon dessert bowl set by Silesia Porcelain, made in Germany (former), c.1930s. A 7-piece set consisting of master bowl with six individual bowls.s.

Featuring a charming central cherub design to each bowl, with each cherub playing a different instrument. Gold gilding is applied to the central art as well as the rims, and each bowl is finished with an undulating edge to four corners.

In a blue and gold ombre style lustreware finish with red highlight to the cherub artwork. An exceptional art deco service set in fine quality German porcelain.

In overall excellent vintage condition, with some minor wear to gold on the interior bottom consistent with age and use.
