A timber serving paddle or cheese board with copper enamel art centre, by Joy and Kay Sweatman, made in Australia, c.1970s.
A unique serving piece featuring a fire-inspired enamel centre in red and orange hues on a copper base. With timber surround and handle. Made by a Melbourne artist couple during the 1970s, they are now a retro collectible.
In overall good vintage condition, with wear to edge of timber surround and evidence of use consistent with age. Being timber, the surround could be restored.
