Drunk Man on Lamp Post 'Never on Sunday' Decanter Set

Collectible decanter and miniature cup set, made in Japan, c.1960s.

A novelty figural decanter full of character and humour depicting a jovial drunken man clinging to a lamp post, with 'Never on Sunday' sign on the lamp post. Featuring the light of the lamp post as the decanter stopper. With four miniature plastic cups that each hang off a hook vertically down the lamp post.

A charming bar display piece, to suit both vintage and modern homes with a cheeky sense of humour.

In overall excellent vintage condition, the mini cups have minor scratches consistent with age and use. The cork is slightly perished.
