Italian Florentine ceramic bird soup tureen with lid - 4 litre

White ceramic lidded soup tureen with hand painted bird design, made in Italy.

This is a very large vintage ceramic tureen, with fluted design throughout, complete with lid, scroll finished handles and 3 moulded feet. Hand painted bird and branch design with gold gilded finishes, a very impressive large tureen of 4 litre capacity. Marked Ceramiche Fiorentine, Italy to base. c. 1950's. In excellent condition.
