Vintage set of bookends, WW2 Australian soldier sculptural bookends. Australian Army digger with slouch hat and submachine gun.
These novelty soldier theme bookends are unique in appearance with nice detail. They would make a fantastic addition to a book shelf in the home or office and are hard to find. They are a silver alloy and not particularly heavy, weighing around 550g (275g each).
Certainly a talking point display piece with an amazing sense of character. Fine gift for the military collector. Remnant of the makers sticker on the rear but not known.
Great vintage condition. Have been surface cleaned but would benefit from a deep clean.
